WINE AND WETLAND TOUR AT BURK SALTER WINES
Burk Salter Wines is situated on the banks of the Murray River at Blanchtown, in a region renowned for its rich history and spectacular wildlife. As well as tastings at its cellar door, the boutique winery now offers exclusive tours of the family vineyard and surrounding wetlands. Jump aboard an immaculately restored 1927 Chevrolet Truck to begin your vineyard and wetland adventure. During the tour, you’ll see an ancient Aboriginal canoe tree; stop off at a saltpan to learn about the effects of salinity on the environment; and take a journey down the old Cobb and Co. Road, the major passenger and mail route between Adelaide and Sydney during the nineteenth century. You’ll also see abundant bird life and river scenery along the way.

LONGVIEW VINEYARD HOMESTEAD AND LODGE
The MacGillivray family's Longview Lodge offers two beautiful contemporary apartments surrounded by Adelaide Hills bushland. These double suites are elegantly decorated and each have self-contained kitchenettes, en-suite bathrooms, ducted air-conditioning and the wood fire ovens. Each room has its own balcony where you can sit and relax with a glass of Longview award winning wine. The Longview Homestead Apartments are beautifully renovated within the original property’s homestead. The Shiraz room comprises a full kitchen, lounge room and private balcony. With a master and second bedroom, spa bath and rear courtyard entrance, this is a beautifully appointed apartment. The Pinot room comprises a master bedroom leading to a private deck with a kitchenette and large en-suite with spa bath. The Homestead can be used as one residence, or two private apartments with ducted reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning throughout.

TWO HANDS WINES CELLAR DOOR MASTERCLASS
It’s not often that visitors to a cellar door can enjoy wine from each of Australia’s finest Shiraz-producing regions in one sitting, but this is exactly what Two Hands Wines’ new Masterclass tastings are designed to do. The personalised tastings offering guests the opportunity to sample wine from the Barossa, McLaren Vale, Clare Valley, Langhorne Creek, Padthaway and Heathcote. Designed to be intimate, informative and relaxed, they can be followed by a lunch of fine seasonal produce, including cured meats, cheeses and various small goods from local artisan food producers.

Now, visitors to the Penfolds Cellar Door in the beautiful Barossa can become a part of this famous winemaking team with the introduction of Penfolds’ Make Your Own Blend tour. The first of its kind in the Barossa, the Make Your Own Blend tour is an interactive and fun wine experience for anyone who has wanted to try their hand at winemaking.
