GOOD FOOD ON KI
Kangaroo Island is enjoying a food and wine renaissance with a growing number of producers, farm gates, cellar doors and restaurants offering visitors and consumers a taste of KI. Indulge for a day or two and experience the milking of sheep at the Island Pure dairy, sample Clifford's famous honey ice cream and pick out your own lobster direct from the Ferguson family's fishing depot. Stop for lunch at Stokes Bay's Rockpool cafe and enjoy a glass of KI wine and a platter of seafood or fresh water marron. Local produce is featured on menus across the Island, from all day breakfast menus through to lunch and dinner. BUTCHER, BAKER, WINEMAKER TRAIL

Barossa has arguably Australia's only true regional cuisine and you can discover the Barossa's thriving and distinctive food and wine culture on the Butcher, Baker Winemaker Trail. The first of its kind established in South Australia, the trail leads to local wineries, dining venues and businesses that offer intimate food and wine experiences and incorporate products made with traditional methods and ingredients. You can also visit retailers and artisans, join specialist tours and enjoy complimentary experiences that have a gourmet theme.

CHEESE & WINE TRAILS
Enjoy a four-course, progressive picnic across the cellar doors of some of South Australia's leading wine making regions. These trails match regional artisan cheeses and produce to the wines offered by the cellar doors of some of our finest wineries. Enjoy an appetizer, entrée, main and dessert course, with foods matched with specific wines at each stop. Trails are now running in McLaren Vale, Clare Valley, Barossa and the Adelaide Hills. SEAFOOD AND AQUACULTURE TRAIL
Savour, discover and enjoy the fresh seafood of the Eyre Peninsula on Australia's Seafood and Aquaculture Trail. The Trail brings together seafood, dining and aquaculture experiences to help you chart the journey of our delicious seafood from the sea to restaurant plates. The Eyre Peninsula produces more than 60 per cent of South Australia's seafood. See Southern Bluefin Tuna that can be worth as much as $5000 a fish on the Japanese market. Watch seafood being farmed and processed. The industries included in the Trail vary from multi-million dollar operations to small experimental breeding programs and family-run businesses. Taste oysters, smoked and pickled fish or shellfish. Buy fresh ocean catch after your tours. And stop at coastal eateries to enjoy delicious menus and sea views.
