CHEONG'S KITCHEN TABLE
The father of fusion cuisine, mixing French technique with Asian flair, Cheong has defined his innovative style as “East meets West”. American Food & Wine magazine has named Cheong one of the “world’s ten hottest chefs alive”. Enjoy a private experience in the Grange Kitchen with Cheong and see what goes on behind the scenes, be a part of the action and enjoy a menu of Cheong's creations at the same time. See Cheong at his most animated, most comfortable - in his domain. The Kitchen Table is available Wednesday to Friday and can seat four to eight people.

CLARE VALLEY REGIONAL RECIPE CARDS
The Clare Valley Regional Recipe Cards, produced by the Clare Valley Cuisine food group, provide creative cooking ideas from renowned restaurants and professional chefs in the region. At food outlets across the Clare Valley, you can pick up a CD case of 25 different recipes from around the region for just $15.95. What’s more, all the ingredients used in the recipes are from the Clare Valley. Each recipe card contains information about the food producer with contact details, and the food is expertly matched with local wines from the Clare Valley region. Try Skillogalee Winery and Restaurant’s Linguine with Chicken, Sun-Dried Tomato and Peas in a Creamy Riesling Sauce option, or see if your cooking skills match up with Swans of Mintaro by creating your own version of its Spinach, Bacon, Avocado and Feta Cheese salad.

PALATE TO PALETTE
The historic fishing town of Port Broughton has a new venue designed to appeal to the three senses of taste, smell and sight. Palate 2 Palette, located in the main street of Port Broughton just metres from the beach and jetty, offers a fresh innovative menu inspired by the tastes of Asia, Europe and the Middle East, complemented by fine wines, great coffee and exhibits of established and emerging artists. Locals and visitors can expect fresh, spicy and diverse dishes, with produce sourced locally where possible. The Gallery exhibits a variety of art works produced by established and emerging South Australian artists and has an attached private studio which can be used for artist workshops by arrangement.

CUSHDY
Inspired by the UK club scene, this edgy bar on Hindley Street specialises in sophisticated cocktails and premium spirits, served in a funky setting complete with smooth tunes. Enjoy conversation with your friends over a pre or post-dinner drink in a relaxed setting (you can still hear your friends!): the hardest part will be choosing your beverage. Creations include The Regal, a Remy Martin VS cognac mix with mango cheek, ruby red grapefruit, elderberry, fresh lime juice and a dusting of cinnamon. Or there’s the Sex on the Peach, with Absolut, cranberry and pineapple juice shaken with a smashed whole peach.
